Flashing ABS Light

I know that my vfr brothers and sisters will have the answer to this.  Lately I've been getting a flashing ABS light while riding.  Also I know its voltage related because of the dimming head lights and turn signals.  Another thing, when the bike has sat for 2 days and the battery voltage is 12V+ the ABS light doesn't go out when reaching 3-4km\h.  Are all of these symptoms of a failing charging system?  If so whats the most likely fix?  Thanks everyone.

If the wiring harness recall hasn't been done, that's a good place to start.   If so, check that you have 14 1/2 v +/- at idle and 5,000 rpm across the battery and check the battery's health (load test).   Also check that the chassis ground is clean and tight - under the tank at the back - just in front of the battery.   If anything isn't up to spec, a quick search here will turn up many threads on checking the charging system.   Also check the connections to the ABS sensors front and rear to be sure nothing's loose.

I'm sure the ABS system is voltage sensitive so ya I'd be looking at charging system for problems. Might just be the battery is due to be replaced.
