Ok, its mid 80's here in New England today, and although I know its going to get cool again before summer is full on, Im enjoying it while it lasts.
Which is a nice reminder to get prepared for the rest of the year. I have a short list of items I would love feedback on - specific recommendations and even links would be great!
'Must have - just go do":
Mirror mount. My right side mirror mount got broken over the winter (was turning around in my front yard to go back into the garage and had a slide out which brought it down and broke the mirror). I read here about 'mirror extenders" - which is very attractive to give a little better visibility - but do these replace the original arm that mounts the mirror? (or do I need to buy the extenders and also replace my original mirror mount arm)?
Boot covers. I need. (took a ride last fall in pretty heavy rain and used plastic bags). Was just going to pickup a set of the TourMaster boot covers - unless someone had a reason not to (or recommended some other version)
Tightwad fuseblock. I have a GPS wired into the battery directly. Was considering heated grips. But first things first seems to just get the fuseblock installed and then can do add ons as needed.
Gloves. I need a comfortable pair of not too hot gloves. Any preferences?

Heated grips. Just make it a little more comfortable for those cold, wet times....
Helibars. So many people love them. I dont find the riding position to be as annoying as the wind noise/buffeting (which I can mess around with more windscreen options as another choice - still not completely satisfied with it)
