Bike's running rich, REALLY rich

So my bike's running extremely rich lately, so much so that it burns your eyes and throat when it's cold. Also, when it's cold, it spews what appears to be white smoke. The 'smoke' definitely has a gas-stink to it, and it goes away once the bike is up to full operating temp. It's quite noticeable at idle, but makes a full plume with a blip of throttle. It had me worried it may be a coolant/head gasket issue, but there are no other telltale signs (overheating engine, low coolant, milky oil, etc).

Engine-wise, I've done the following to the bike:

K&N
De-snorkeled
PAIR block off (plugged the hose for now. Still need to install the A&A plates)
Power Commander III w/ original Cozye map
O2 cheaters (the ones that come with the Power Commander)
2 Brothers exhaust

The most recent of those mods are the Power Commander and the PAIR block off. It would seem the issue would be linked to one of these since it started running rich about that time. The bike runs GREAT (unreal, actually), but the meter on the Power Commander stays buried in the low end at idle ( - FUEL) and only comes up to mid way with any throttle. If it makes any difference, I pretty much ALWAYS run 91 octane.

If the consensus is that this is perfectly normal for the cozye map, then OK. But it just seems a bit much.

I'd be less concerned what it's doing at idle when it's cold. White exhaust is normal at this stage (you're burning off all the condensation that has collected) as long as it goes away once it's warmed up. If you still feel it's otherwise running rich you might consider trying a leaner map.

First thing to do here is disable the Power Commander. And I don't mean putting in a zero map, I mean disconnecting it. Repeat the test and let us know if the behaviour changes.

Bad fuel pressure regulator?

Remove the vacuum line to the diaphragm and see if there is fuel there.

If so, the FPR is fragged, and that is where your extra fuel is coming from. Through the vacuum line and to the throttle bodies.

Good point. I'll give it a shot this evening and report back. I'm assuming the O2 cheaters would need removed and the sensors reconnected as well, yes?

I dont think you need to reconnect the 02 sensors, when they are bypassed with cheaters, the ECU reverts to a default map. Id be interested to know if it actually works better than the Pc iii.

Course I forgot your running modded exhaust in addition

Correct, you don't need to remove the O2 eliminators. They just stop the bike going into closed loop mode, and will have no effect on cold starts etc.

Didn't get around to it last night. Lil bro's power commander for his SV1K came in and I got distracted, lol.

Hopefully will have some time tonight.

Also could be you simply didn't get all sensors plugged back it!

If not, do unplug PC first.
