I am wondering if anyone has had their radiator fan quit working. I'm hoping it's just a fuse but haven't had time to go over it yet as I'm pretty busy at work. I'm leaving town early Friday and it would be nice to have it fixed. Where's my fuse for the radiator?

Check for physical obstructions between the fan and radiator. Also check and clean the connectors. Not sure off hand where the fuse is.
2002 Service Manual (should be the same for yours) shows Fuse D (20A) in the Fuse Box is for the fan. The fuse box is located under the body-color panel to the right of the dash. You have to pop the little plastic clip on the lower corner of the dash out (one of those guys where you push in on the middle, then pull the whole thing out), and remove at least one of the fairing screws. It's a bit tricky the first time you take it out, but you get the hang of it.
Page 204 of the 2007 Owner's Manual (should be the same for yours) has a nice pic showing the location of the fuse box.

Unplug the fan wire from the top of the left radiator, should see a thermo switch there, then touch the side of the radiator with it, should start running, if not, fuse or the thermo switch is bad. If it does check to see if its crimped properly and seated.

+1 on what HS said, by grounding the thermo switch wire w/ ign. on the fan should run , if not then check fuse, if so test thermo switch.
Yeah that panel takes some force to get out, was worried about breaking a plastic tab off but it came out and the fuse was good so I'll try Miguel's method when I get back. I just have to stay out of stop and go traffic.
For temp. just splice spade connector and ring connector to a 6" piece of wire and plug spade into thermo switch wire and ground ring connector to rad. mount bolt. It'll run all the time that your ign.'s on
If the thermo switch is the cause check the water before replacing it. It needs too be submerged to work.
The ground wire trick worked, the fan ran, I replaced my rad fluid and still no go so I'm ordering a thermo switch. Thanks for the help
