The old gal is gone... Sold my VFR this past weekend.

Well, after three VFR's. I can say that I am without a streetbike for at least a while... I did however keep my Honda CRF 450x, which happens to be plated for street use. It's been a fun ride, I got my first VFR back in 1987 it was beautiful and fun to ride, I loved those gear driven cams. Sold that one back in 1990 then was without until 2005, bought a brand new silver (non-ABS) until that one was totaled in a hit & run accident that took me out on HWY 80 near my house. A month later I started looking for a replacement bike but couldn't find anything that I liked better, so I purchased a leftover 2006 (with ABS) and she has been great. I had put a total of almost 75,000 miles on the last two with no issues at all. I made sure that she has gone to a good home and will be well taken care of. I did tell the new owner about our wonderful site (VFRD) so i'm sure he will join soon.
