When I first started sport riding I was loaned the book and VHS,ha,ha,and it is really an eye opener.Ive been wanting to get the updated versions for myself and friends who are new to sport riding.Motorcycle riding is like golf,just when you think you know everything,you know nothing.Ask Tiger Woods
Anyone who thinks they cant learn something new about riding, or practice and re-evaluate skills shouldn't be riding.Too dangerous of a sport for pride.

I like the 'Code Break' pieces he does in 'Motorcyclist' magazine. Little one page lessons and tips that are easier to read IMO. For beginners, I like to recommend the 'Proficient Motorcycling' book by David L. Hough. Very good information, especially for street riders. There's the 'More Proficient Motorcycling' too, but the first one covers most of what a beginner should be aware of and the second is mostly refresher info. The Lee Parks book 'Total Control' is a good book too. The key to all of these is to practice the lessons they teach, otherwise their superfluous.
