I posted a thread earlier last week showing pictures of a leak. I ordered parts and the guy not only ordered my parts late, he didn't contact me to let me know what was going on. He also hasn't given me a parts order confirmation yet.

I don't trust him so I'm turning to you guys for a Hail Mary.

I need a new OEM Left Radiator for a 2006 VFR800A. Retail $400 but I was quoted $280 which I know is at cost.

I'm in Southern CA and will pay for rush shipping.

Why in such a hurry?

Laguna Seca is less than 3 weeks away and I always take the VFR. If I run into any more problems, I won't have much time to get the bike ready.

If you're willing to pay rush shipping, why not contact SEB and see if he has time to weld yours back up real quick like he offered?

Like I said in the pm, Mason City Honda is your best bet for new. I believe they charged me $216 for my last left radiator. I sent you the link.

If you want me to repair your rad and send it back, let me know. You have my address.

Try a local radiator repair shop, there should be plenty in your local area.

I'll send my rad to Seb to add to his collection. I want a replacement.

Thanks for the link, Seb! I'll give them a look now.

I order all of my parts from Mason City. They have never let me down. I usually deal with Keith but I think he said he is moving to another store so Fabian is taking over. Both are good guys to deal with.

Ever since you posted the pics of those strawberry filled donuts I have been scheming a way to get some, so here's the deal. If you don't get the rad fixed in time, jump on a plane to Tulsa and I will pick you up at the airport and provide you with a really nice Y2K to ride to Laguna. All it will cost you is a couple dozen of those donuts and the airfare of course! How's that sound for a good deal?

Someone must have a good used rad she can fit, at least temporarily???

Anyone?
