99 with 132,000 miles. Only the two #1 intakes are in a happy place. The 2 #2 intakes and the inboard # 4 intake are too tight. All the ex's are borderline, I am going to adjust them as well, plus the #4 ob intake and then think I will be good for another 132,000 miles. Attached is my  spreadsheet. I added cells for old and new shim measurements and formulas to calculate to and old sheet I got from the old list serve.

For calculation purposes I decided to convert to inches since my feeler gauges and micrometer are in inches. All metric would be be better but I spent a lot of time surfing for metric tools but could not find anything for a price I wanted to pay. To determine what shims to order I convert back to mm.
