#1

Surely there are more than three or four of us going. Anyone else?

#2

I will be there for Saturday qualifying only.  Probably spend some time in the Northwest Vista stands as I've never watched from there before.  On qualifying day you can sit wherever you want, so I move around a lot.  I will be wearing a homemade "Pedrosa Sucks" T-shirt.

What do you have against Dani?

I don't think I've ever seen the guy smile or act happy that he won a race. Every press conference is him complaining about something. Huge difference to (spoiler?) Rea in his win last weekend in WSBK. In the pre-race interview before race 2, he was still chuffed about it.

I dislike Dani for several reasons:

1.  I still hold a grudge from 2006 when he took out Nicky whilst he was on the title chase and Dani's season was done.

2.  He is a little putz that lets his Sugar Daddy Puig muscle the Honda folks around

3.  He is most likely a homosexual (not that there is anything wrong with that).  Reference Puig once again.

4.  He is a little robot that indeed shows no joy or emotion except perhaps when engaged in #3 (this is pure conjecture).

5.  He is still Honda's #1 rider but has never won a championship, and never will.

6.  He is still on the Honda factory team.  Reference all of the preceding 1-5.

LOL

I can only relate to #1.

Not sure about #3 as he seemed to be checking out a female friend of mine, but you never know I suppose.

My friends call him Frodo. I'm not tall at all but felt like a giant standing next to him as we talked.

I'll be out Sunday by 10am hopefully. I coulding get off work friday night, work nights and not going to ride 5 hrs after just driving 500 miles, I drive big trucks. I have been on the viewing mounds by the golf course for the past two years. Good spot for 2.5 turns but try to get near a moniter for the rest. Also no bleacher butt, hope the weather is as good as last year.

coming in late friday taking in the scenic route from canada heres my route

Looks like a fun ride! I wish I could ride out, and one of these days I will. I will be on wheels though -- going to cage it there and back from California.

#8

I'll be out there all day Sunday with my dad.  Both of us are big race fans of pretty much anything with an engine, but we have never been to MotoGP even though we both live within an hour of the track.  We want to make sure we get to see it at least once while its still here in Indy!

#9

I will look for you.  I will be wearing my "Stoner's a big sissy" shirt.  Even though he's gone, his whining lives on.

#10

I will be there with my GF Saturday and Sunday.  I will be in the NW stands right in front of the last turn.  I've been every year since it came back and I most certainly wont miss it since it will likely be the last one.

I'll keep my eyes open for your shirt lol. What do you have against Dani?

My Son and I will be there Saturday and Sunday, most likely the Northwest Vista area, we sat there last year and he really liked it. Year before we sat opposite the Ducati area (Pit Lane Exit) and that's pretty a pretty good area too, did the Mounds for Moto 2 and 3 also, if you want to spread out and just sit that's not bad, had the wife with us then!

My only beef with Dani was when he took out Nicky in 2006 as he was fighting for the championship. He is a bit emotionless in interviews for sure, but I've spoken to him a few times off the track, and he's actually quite personable, albeit a little quiet.

Thanks for the info. With 2014 being the last year to which the Indy contract has been extended (and with recent rumors of IMS possibly opting out of MotoGP next year), I want to make sure I am able to watch the sessions from a few different areas if possible.

Hey guys just signed up here but been over at VFR world for quite a while.  I will also be at the Indy Moto GP all 3 days (I believe sitting by the last turn in the NW section) and would love to meet some other VFR owners.  Staying in Carmel with friends....

Here is my Bike.  I have a Roadstercycle RR upgrade, a complete Daugherty suspension, sargent seat and Staintune pipe.  25K miles....

Making final plans to ride from Virginia Beach to Indy. Will probably get in late Friday.

I'll be there all 3 days. Wouldn't miss this for much of anything!

I'll be there all 3 days and at the flat track race Saturday night, too. A buddy and I have had seats in the SW Vista (after Indy turn 1) for 5 years and love them. We usually walk around Friday and Saturday, and stay planted in our seats Sunday.

If we get the itch, we take some time Friday afternoon to ride in Brown Cty.

We could try to set up a meet time at the Honda tent on Saturday, as it seems when most people will be around.

Nice bike... love the color!!!

Welcome... and way to go jumping right in with the gang.  Have fun at the races :)

I'll be there with the owner of a large Yamaha/Polaris dealership so we'll be in the Parts Unlimited reserved area.  Last year it had its own small bleacher area.  Dani signed some shirts for us  but had all the personality of a stone.
