I'm at 37k using original plugs on my VFR800 and gonna replace the em. What plugs do you guys recommend? I'm thinking NGK.

I'm in Ontario, Canada, so a local shop where I could pick em up would be great.

Thanks guys :)

I would recomend whatever Honda says ,stock. Don't know if you can get them at Canadian Tire or wherever,
but they can probably order them for you. THere is also Royal Distributing( just south of Barrie).

No reason not to use the original, they will easily go 40,000 mile as long as the bike is running correctly. I think I went 56,000 miles on a set and no notable issue. The plugs wer shot though, but 40,000 is an easy goal.

Yea, but that's Amazon in the US, I'm from Canada, so I'd have to factor in shipping which will probably be a fortune.

Ack, didn't see that, I'm sorry. Sparkplugs.com is 31 dollars international flat rate shipping. I'd say check an auto parts store. I ended up getting my plugs from one with the part number( 4888 ) and it was about the same as amazon without shipping.
