Ok, I've looked at the part numbers, which are different, but I can't seem to see the differrence physically.
Is there any difference between the 5th and 6th gen 800 stator covers?
And yes, there is a reason for asking. LOL

Yep there is a difference.
There is an oil way for the VTec valve that is incorporated in the stator cover on the 6th gen.
If you are referring to that tube, it's on the block, not the cover.
