Mig Exhaust Concept
American dist. web site not working.
And the Canadian web site want let order.
I had one of their systems on my ninja 600 great sound and looked good ,had to repack it after 5 years or so no problem though.
Notice no models newer than 2003 listed on the website. I have no idea why the website is still working.
Good product, everybody I heard from liked theirs.
Some Googling showed that the owner retired in 2004 and shut the company down.

Old members Hurricane249 (inactive) and 767Fixer (banned) both had Mig exhausts on their 6th gens. I saw Hurricane249's Migs. They were good, but not as good as the Remus or later Leo Vince cans, IMHO. Back in the early days of the 6th gen around 10-12 years ago, Mig and Remus were the only brands with dual carbon fiber oval exhausts for the 6th gens*. Those two members got the last two remaining stock in the US after the company shut down for around $350. I missed out by less than 24 hours. I ended up getting Remus cans, which I liked better, but had to pay a lot more. Thankfully for others, Leo Vince came out with nearly identical CF cans to the Remus a few years later, but that didn't help my wallet any.
*Staintune had stainless ovals at that time, everything else was round.
Definitely out of business (in France) some long time ago.
My 4th gen. 1995 FR was originally French and came into the UK with a MIG can. It fitted neatly under the tail and I could swap to the OE can and fit a Wingrack in about 15 minutes.

One thing I noticed was, the earliest MIG CF cans were kind of susceptible to UV and heat degradation. I remember seeing many of them on bikes looking all faded out and sometimes delaminating at the ends.... More than I saw other brands do so. I remember the issue being discussed in forums and I think they eventually corrected the situation at MIG with better materials.
I think that the brand did not survive because of the overcrowded market and not the initial QC issues they encountered.
