I don't know what happened to Purvis who is the Official Tmac Beer hauler???

He did a Huge one for the team last year and Picked Up & Dropped off the Kegs I got from Highland Brewing Co in Ashville, NC.

Anyone know what happened to Purvis? Anyone coming thru that area heading to the Tmac that can help us out???

Please let me know.

Thx

BR

cool, I'll be passing it anyway. I've gotta check to make sure i'll have room in the trailer between my bike & tools. I should be able to let you know for sure in a couple days if that works?

That would be awesome, looking at 3 kegs and a tap. Got room?

I'll do a test fit with straps on the bike & send you a pic. i've never dealt with a keg or tap before so i don't know how much room i'll need.... sad, i'm almost 30!

#8

i'm almost 30!

.....and the Tmac-ers never did find out what happened to the beer..........................

Make  sure  you  shake  them  up  real  good ..

:goofy:

going in the trailer it probably will get shaken a little. But who do we get to open it

Tap is negligible for size.   Are these half barrels or sixtols?  I run two sixtols (5 gallon each) in my mini-fridge.   Pic below shows dimensions.

If I'm remembering correctly, Grayv3 is NOT going back the same way he came.  So there still may be a need to return the empties.  That is unless you don't want your deposit back.

Whata  about  this  guy  he  was  at  TMac  a  couple  years  ago.

If no one else is headed back that way, we may be able to have Mrs Carver return them on Sunday...she needs a reason to drive over to Asheville for a look see.

#21
How early can they be dropped off Sunday?

My brother and I will most likely grab I40 out of Ashville for home, so we maybe about to drop them off... Issue is, we are out of Franklin stupid early Sunday morning, like 6am or so... That will up in Ashville not much after 7
#22

If they are not open for when NorthernVFRDave will pass through, then I could drop them off in Asheville around the crack of 10:00 or so.  Or as Timmy's mornings go, sometimes so do mine so let's say by noon.  2:00 pm latest.

Thx guys

I'll find out their hours and post.

#24

Keep it coming!

OK they  are open 4:00-8:00 Wed/Thu and 1:00-6:00 on Sunday,  how does this work for my Volunteers???

#26

That give me extra time for traffic. I'll be leaving nj around 5am so I should be picking them up around 5pm. And it'll be tight but it looks like there'll be just enough room at the back of the trailer.

No problem. The wife is coming and driving my truck, so we can throw them in the bed and she can drive them back.

I'm available for the returns, have an empty truck bed! If Mrs. Carver wants company visiting Ashville I'm game for that too! See y'all tomorrow night!

I tried the "misses carver needs company" trick. It don't work. They are on to me.

You should probably put a Mrs in front of your name. Lol, looked like I offered to keep Mrs Carver company. Lol
