I can't decide whether I want to change my oil before winter, or wait until spring. Which is your preference?

Lots of folks here will wonder why you care since they ride year around - damn them!
I change oil at the very end of the riding season to make sure anything corrosive in the dirty oil doesn't sit in the crankcase all winter.
Dirty oil is acidic, best to change it.
No need to change again until you hit your mileage limit/next winter.
I like you guys's logic- I'm changing it pre-winter.
Thanks :tour:
