2003 Vfr800 Steering Torque Values

Hi, 

Anyone know the torque values for the pinch bolts on the triple tree? Also handlebar clamp bolts?

And since we're at it: the lower fork pinch bolts and front axel bolt? 

TIA. I do have a manual enroute but wanted to complete this part of my build. 

Top bolts are 17 lbf-ft, lower bolts are 36 lbf-ft, but don't take my word on it, take Honda's...
