Hey guys! I have been on the VFR Facebook Group for some time, mostly just drooling over the bikes. I was pointed here about 2 months ago for TMAC 2015.
I'm in Boone, NC and currently ride a 2013 CB500f and started riding agian this Decemeber and have rode though most of the winter. This is my secound bike, the one before was a Ninja 500R which I rode for many years and sold for some stuiped reason to buy a Jeep. I have wanted a VFR for some time, and honestly should have just bought one instead of my CB, but the CB is a nice and light bike. I'm watching for a VFR now, and will hopefully buy late spring/this summer.
I hope to check out and listen to as many VFRs as aI can this year at TMAC if I can swing it in my schedule, hopefully a non-VFR will be quite welcome. I really like the VFR community from what I have seen/taled to so far, and I'm rather drawn to the "cult" vehicles anyway (Much of my youth was spent with Fiero's and Corvairs).
Just today I saw a 5th gen with 15K miles, updated R/R, Sargent seat, aftermarket can, and a double bubble screen for $3100. If I wasn't looking for a small truck and if the wife would let me, I would own it in a heartbeat!

I have a 1960 Greenbriar right now among my stable. Cab over is so amazingly fun to drive! If for some odd reason I don't ride to the Dragon in May (no idea why that would be though as its only ~2.5 hours away), I may tow the bike down with the "van" :).
One of the 3 bikes I will bring to Tmac is my 2014 CB500F. It has custom suspension set up just for mountain roads. 4 bikes in the garage and the smallest, least powerful one is the CB and it also the one we fight over who rides the most. All day comfort, decent tank range and nimble as hell in the techniical stuff. Pure joy in the switchbacks.
Thank you all for the welcomes! I'm glad the CB is so liked here. It really is a very fun bike, and I currently do not plan to part with it, just add a VFR to the stable. Mabie with all the love for that bike I can talk some people into swaping rides for some test rides :D lol.

Curious, what did you do with the suspesion? I have heard putting a GSXR shock in the back and some stiffer springs and 15wt oil in the forks can make a world of difference. My bike does not yet have 2k miles though, so not done really anything to it yet.
