Anyone ever use use this product? Or have experience good or not so good?

I was tempted to put this in my VFR but I read these threads a while ago and stayed away. I used water wetter and I got slight drop in temps, nothing that drastic but for less $15 bucks it was worth it:

Got it ..thanks much...good info...esp.. With side mounted radiators
