Very happy in early 2017, I received a gift, is the sixth generation of 25 anniversary edition, ED version, don't know if edition is Honda limited release version, now I have two edition at the same time (and a 50 anniversary edition in 1998) is the fifth generation, with VFRD friends together to share the joy! Hello Jack,

Nice bikes for sure.

The "ED" in a type description stands for "European Direct Sales" and to the best of my knowledge, the red white and blue paintwork was a USA only model.

so it could well be a repainted or aftermarket bodywork on your EU bike.

Not that it matters as long as you like the ride.

At first, I also think that this is not possible, then saw the black frame color, and 07 year sign, of course I also yahoo sites in Japan seen day of 25 anniversary edition version of the sixth generation of products

Your VIN tells us it was built in 2008 (the 8 after the "U4" in your number)

the 8/07 print to me suggests July 2008

So where you wrote " on, ED version, don "   I understood you thought it was a model built for European Sales.

Main thing is that you like it. as the boys from Metallica sing....  "nothing else matters!!!"  :-)

Yes, actually I'm very want to learn about the history of the VFR in 1982 is listed in the first place in the United States, the world's first, and in 2007 to commemorate the world debut at the listed and launch special 25th anniversary edition version of the red, white and blue, and black frame alone?

I would love to see them do a Red White Blue 8th gen. I had the 86 VFR and 98 VFR.
