Will Start but not Turn over

Hey Guys,

I need your help. Ex VFR user. My current motorcycle doesn't seem to start. I have a 2004 Hornet 599 with 17k miles on it. When I try starting, the hornet starts but doesn't turn over (see video). Would definitely appreciate all the help.

Following is what I did to the bike;
- replaced my spark plug
- checked the fuel lines for kinks (fuel lines were brand new)
- battery showed 12.8V
There was gas still reaching the carbs after I drained it. Not sure what to do next. following is a video of the problem.

thats turning over with no start. have you checked to see if you have spark , air and fuel.

Did you do something to it before this arose? I wasn't getting fuel once on my 06 because I pulled the vacuum line from the petcock while lifting the tank. Your plug wires or boots may have come loose. Your coil could be bad or not getting power, maybe.
