Seat removal

Hey all

The other day I remove my seat to trickle the battery, anyway

when tried to reinstall the seat I hard time putting it back on.

I tried i tried very hard. Then if finally locked.

Got to work looked  at the bike before I headed in I noticed  that the left side didn’t fit in the tabs right.

i tried turn the key lift up the seat, it will not budge at all, I almost twisted the key, didn’t want to snap the key cos of force & I didn’t want to pull my back again.

any suggestions of how to remove the seat?

Looks like you haven't located the rear seat prongs(5) properly.

Have you tried pressing down firmly at the rear of the seat to take the load off the lock mechanism. Press down firmly while you try unlocking with the key.

After you get it apart, wouldn't hurt to lubricate mechanism to make it easier next time.
