According to Two Wheel Tuesday, HRC won't be involved in AMA superbike this year. They are leaving it to American Honda to work up winning bikes. That may eliminate the trickle down technology from World Superbike.
Miguel and Jake talked the good talk, but I don't know how happy they really are. You get more local input, but you don't get the mighty Japanese HRC custom engineering and knowlege base. Those of you that know more of the inside of racing, please comment on the positives and negatives of this move.
