I looked at the members list and didn't see a way to sort by location. (is there a way to do this?) I was wondering about riders in my local area. There is a nice get together on Saturday nights in Clearwater. All sportbikes, but, in the year I've been going, I've only seen 3 VFR's. One was mine, another one was Fixer's when he joined us on the ride, and the other was a guy that just moved here from Hawaii!!! I know there has to be other Viffers around. My buddy Shannon and I are going this Saturday and it would be cool to give everyone something else to look at besides gixxers. It's on the corner of 60 and Duncan, across from Krispy Kreme.
is this the Smart and Final get together? I've been meaning to get down there, it's just a bit of a haul to get there. Someday...my bike will be back together, then I'll go.
clearwater saturday night? hmmmmm i may be able to go.....maybe. too bad poor squidward can only look at his bike. yet the last time we went down there i did see many bikes sans fairings!

Squid, I'm telling you, if it runs, take it. There has to be a way to hook up lights. Like Fixer said, you should see some of the bikes there. You see duct tape, wire ties, coat hangers, whatever. It's great.

you need approximatley 6 or so legs and .....ohhhhh you mean as a motorcyclist!...put it bluntley.....the last clearwater ride? remember the kids blowing by at 90 on the rear wheel? thats a squid. the guys riding in shorts lane splitting ......thats a squid too. the hot girl on the gsxr.....no that wasnt a squid.....that was amazing!
I hear they call them Squids cuz a guy in shorts and a Tshirt makes the same sound when he hits he concrete as a squid does when you throw it against a wall. :D

yea the weather is looking A.O.K clouds have rolled away. OYama? you coming? it looks like im going to go :). wife is giving me the puppy dog look because planning on making it.....yet she was gone all morning.....no justice
Oh, maaan. This is not fair. It just stopped raining here. I cannot make it. :( I am getting sick of not be able to meet with anybody because of the weather. :pissed: Can we have some meeting when it does not rain that much?
Oyama, too bad you couldn't make it, the weather was beautiful!!! And, I think there were more people than I have ever seen. The lot was packed. We cruised the beach first, then headed to the lot. Scenery was just as good as the weather.
And, Fixer, what's up?!? I thought you were going? No show, no call??

nooo i waited for a message on the forum...then wife got spatty so i took her to dinner.....came home and checked answering machine.....found out this morning the stupid brighthouse call answering thing got it after i saw the number on caller id.....(just got the digital phone hooked up) i was livid i missed it. especially seeing how nice it was out. but pregnant wife has to come first...still trying how to turn off the call answering service so i can continue to use my standard answering machine
