"Works Ducati man Regis Laconi survived a spectacular crash to remount and finish the race. However, there may be an amendment to the result if the rules are adhered to in the strictest sense as Laconi's 999F05 motorcycle fell on its side during the crash at the top of Lukey Heights without the engine cut-off system kicking in."
Looks like Ducati is up to their old tricks again - remember when Troy Bayliss' Ducati didn't shut off when he fell at Silverstone a few years ago ? Naughty naughty.
