I'd love to get some but don't think they had fat guys in mind when they sized them.

wow. that suit is cheap enough to allow me to take a risk on buying it even though i don't fit into any one of their sizing categories real well.

if that doesn't work out then it's off to the realm of custom suits.

I went through the site and they have power commanders for cheap as well.

WOW! Does anyone have any expereince with this vendor? Wonder what the possibilities of a group buy are?

I dunno, no connection with the vendor here, but from what I was reading, that seems to be THE rock bottom price, so I doubt there's anything helpful about a GB. :shrugs:

You could ask I guess.
Me, I've got leathers and textile suits both, so I'm on no need.

According to the AGV website, MSRP is $400 for this suit, so that's 27% off retail.

I was poking around the AGV store and they seem to have some decently priced apparel. Does anyone know of a 'brick and mortor' store that carries AGV so I can try stuff on? I'm a weird shape (short arms/legs) and like to see how stuff fits. Plus I bought an AGV leather jacket many years ago and it never really broke in. The leather remained very stiff and uncomfortable. I'd like to see what their leather feels like first.

How was the sizing for you?

I have found a few good prices for these AGVSport Forza's average is $330 with tax and shipping. Someone asked about brick and mortar, but I did not see any replies. However, has anyone seen a review? How is the fit? I am going to look around and see if I find a brick and mortar and will post. I am in New York, so this may or may not help someone. I like the price, and it has to be better than running around with little protection. I could not tell if there were replaceable pucks on the suit. So, I have to find that out too.

Leathers are suppose to fit tight to do their job properly. I was in this situation a few years ago and found one set that fit tight, and one set that was looser. Turns out, the tight fitting set was the right fit and that is what I bought. Not something I would tour in, as it does not have a relaxed fit, but works great for the track. The only problem with a tight fitting suit, is if you gain weight. Also make sure you account for a back protector in the fit, as this is a must item for the track.
