Has anyone ordered from this closeout place?

I was thinking of ordering some first gear leather for the girlfriend. Anybody have any experience with Firstgear Pilot Womens Leather Pants or the Firstgear Crystal Womens Leather Jacket? any tips on sizing?

It's always a risk ordering sizes, especially when you can't return it, but at such a good deal it could probably be sold in time on ebay or on the forum if need be, although possibly at a loss. Any idea on how the sizing holds up for this womens stuff? The shops never seem to carry what you want or give any break from retail prices.

I have ordered from MAW twice in the past and both times it was the same thing. You can expect to wait a few weeks to get your stuff and expect little help from customer service. Good luck if you do order from them.

That's good to know about them... I've heard of MAW before, but didn't realize about their lack of customer service.

I guess if you know what you want and are not in a hurry, it's a good deal.

As far as the women's gear goes, I've had my Joe Rocket stuff for a while now and really like it. Unsure about other product lines and updated sizing charts.

I'm a huge Suomy fan... had Arai and Shoei in the past. So far, the Suomy is the best I've ever owned. And, the MAW closeout prices are quite good!

Actually I have had great service from MAW on tires, they matched prices no ?s asked, bought 4 Pirelli tires $400 nice woman on phone, was my experience, thanks Doug
