Brand Spankin new Corbin seat. No miles on the seat except to back it out of my garage for the photo shoot. Anyway, bought the seat to try to get lower on my 06 VFR. Did not get as low as I wanted. Here's a thought, lower the suspension and keep the seat. After a long ride, you'll thank me.
Corbin does not allow returns, they told me to "%&#@ off" when I tried to return one.
I have a corbin but just asking, is the wields white or silver on the seat? And the mods might say something about you not setting a sale price on an item when posting. ' forum policy'. Good luck.

Have your rear triangle linkage flipped to lower the seat height. I know that being able to confidently flat foot the bike makes a world of difference but that seat is much better than stock and I would hate to see anyone take a bath selling it.

Skuuter did this mod (flipping the triangle) to his bike, He should be able to give you some measurements to see what you will lose if you lower it. It's worth a shot at least. If the seat is still too tall after the mod, then you can sell it.

I agree 100%, lower the bike and keep the seat, I couldn't ride any more than 150 miles at a time on the stock seat, had to get off the bike and stretch, with the Corbin I can go fill up to fill up.
