If I rode a Hayabusa, I would have 2FST4U. fing02.gif I think here in AZ you can only fit about five letters, so it limits your choices. However, I also think that vanity plates are easier for people to remember if you are doing something illegal like passing on double center line mountain roads.....something I certainly don't condone. goofy.gif
Here in Ohio vanity plates cost 2x what normal plates cost, and that's EVERY YEAR, not just when you order them. It's ridiculous. pissed.gif
And I always think, "Wouldn't the authorities prefer vanity plates on most cars? If they had to track down a vehicle or driver, vanity plates are a lot easier for witnesses to remember. So they should be the same price as normal plates." At least, that's my reasoning. But no, vanity plates are nearly double the price!
The cost is the only thing keeping me from them for both my bike and car. But if I got one for the bike, the text would have to include V4 or VFR.
I was just fooling around on the Calif DMV site and VIFFER was unavailable. So, what the hell, typed in VFR 800 and it said it was available. So I bought it for $41! Who'da thunk?
I know it ain't real creative or anything, but I need an easy number to remember. blink.gif
Thanks to whoever started this thread. beer.gif Although my wallet is just a little thinner. Hopefully this mod will add some horsepower and make me faster on the twisties.

Did you ever get this plate? It reported it as available today and gave me the order screen, when I hit the buy it button it said it's now unavailable.

Sirs/Madames: Would it be possible to call on any/all of you to act as character witnesses for me, regarding any future insanity pleas??? Thanks, Greg (I'm alright now, at least at this VERY moment... wacko.gif ) [image: gallery_8015_2891_1366005.jpg] Digital Demonicstration!
I also have vanity plates for mine, but had to explain that "HER VFR" was referring to my bike, a Honda VFR Interceptor. It took about six weeks, but it was worth the wait.

I'm trying hard to think of any "dirty" word or phrase that HER VFR would mean. Nothing comes to mind. Just shows the typical bureaucratic nonsense that it took them 6 weeks to figure out the same thing.

Hmmmm.... I turned it upside down, looked at it in a mirror, then played it backwards at 78, and I'm not sure, but, I finally came up with: HER 'V'(word) FUR!!! ohmy.gif ohmy.gif And that was a HUGE stretch, even for MY perverted self!! goofy.gif Satan squid.gif squid.gif squid.gif squid.gif
I visit quite a bit but only for a few minutes. Life has been really busy. Kel and I have been shooting competitively this past year, travelling for shoots etc. Hunting season is going now but yes we still ride quite a bit too. Thanks for asking. These are old pics since I have made some mods but they are still all good...
One of my favorite vanity plate sighting was on a true 1%er's bike. As I recall, it was AQUITD 491.gif
I met another Harley type who was missing his hand. Seems he'd been born that way. I asked him how he clutched and he showed me a forearm press method that he had perfected. His plate was MINUS5. His wife's plate was ALL10. fing02.gif
