You have the advantge of living in the US of A, so the prices are quite good.
The guy who organized the group buy for pazzo lever (motoworld , Ithink) had given the best estimate. At the time, I couln't find anyone in the Canada.
It was under $600 for Ti, shipped, if I remember well.
