I have been looking for a fuel tank and a pump, to use only for track days, for well over a year. Usually, I would find a tank for $50 + shipping, but the auction would always bring it over the hundreds of dollars. Then this week, my automatic search picked up this: Tank + pump
I was ready to go a bit higher than what I usually bid because it had the pump. Well guess what, nobody else wanted it. so $75 including shipping. I can't believe it! It's starting to be a very good day already.
Nice. I scored a brand-new, still in the box tank for my '84 VF500F a few months back for $150. I was prepared to pay quite a bit more since I had seen used ones go for more than that. But no one else bid and I got it for the starting bid amount.

You know how it is Ken, I wanted to by the tank first, then get a pump. Lucky me I got both for 1/2 the price of what a tank alone sells for.
All I need now is a keyless cap and maybe a front fender.
