The only thing is Yamaha has built it instead of Honda.

This is from Yamaha Canada website. This thing should be awesome.

Two things:

1. It's hideous ugly (IMO)
2. It's a stinky IL4.

Is that big thing next to the rear wheel the exhaust system? OMG.

What's with the mirrors? It looks like someone tried to photochop in there.

Well at least they tried.

I guess I will keep riding my baby.

That's the stock position, it's there so you can still see behind you while - ahem - utilizing the extra power => wheel.gif

Trav, do you still have the close-up shots of that Fizzer?

You know what I mean! warranty.gif

This is just a fazer with the extra fairing. We have that in Europe for more than a year. You buy the fazer and then the extra fairing. Actualy you can say that some one put the extra fairing there after they design the bike.

+1. I've seen several FZ1s online with the extra fairings. The pic of that one in Post #1 above has the hard bags added, as well as a taller windshield, otherwise it's just a stock FZ1. And IMO it's less attractive than the semi-naked original version.

Rick is the man.

Look close. He made the clear front turnsignals too.

You guys got a little off topic. Regaurding the first bike, it's so damn ugly it looks like somebody pre crashed the bike and didn't bother straightening it out before they put the new parts back on. What the F---- is going on with stock exhaust systems these days. Every time I see a new model with the faux GP exhaust I just want to laugh or swear. They look way silly. unsure.gif

I'm hoping, with the new exhausts, they'll be easier to pop that can/cat off, and pop a straight pipe on. goofy.gif

samizx7, Nov 25 2007, 11:08 PMhow did you do that. how much did it cost.

LOL. I didn't. A full set, like that, for your FZ-1 would run about $1,200. If you want a set for a VFR, would be about $1,500 and a committed set of orders. Min. 10 orders. (Molds would have to made, @ about $100.00 a mold, for materials).
LOL.

Still interested? LOL.

It can also be avoided entirely in the first place dry.gif
