Bag is in pretty good shape, I'm guessing slightly faded but not bad. Includes the rain cover as well. Rack is the taller version and mounts at the franken bolt and grab handle locations, not up underneath as some do. I am missing the longer hex bolts that mount it to the franken bolt location, and one thumb screw that holds the top section of the rack to the lower piece. I'm pretty sure $3 at your local hardware store would remedy the situation quickly. I do have a couple pictures I can email to anyone who may be interested. Asking $100.
