It dawned on me recently that I had not shared a piece o' wealth.

I worked for this company several years ago and got to know the owner very well.
He is an all around great guy and a diehard racer.

A couple decades ago he stopped riding bikes and started racing cars (cars he built).

The website is a bit rough, but his parts and info are not.

Worth a look. Also he makes custom whatever you like in Glass,Carbon Fiber and Aramid (kevlar/carbon hybrid). Not to mention the machining bits.

Just wanted to share.

Peace

Yeah we did SCCA road racing with/against the Beasley's for years, great family even the 60 or 70 plus father raced. Mostly D & C Sports Racers, good people. The D Sport Racers ran 1000cc m/c engines and could rip, the C's ran all kinds of engines from inline 4's (Toyota's, Nissan's etc.) to rotary's.

Pretty small planet...Ben is the bro with the composites gig. He's racing Formula Atlantic last I heard.

You should shoot him an email. He loves hearing from the guys "...in the day".

My wife rode her first solo moto (dirt bike) on his property. She hasn't giggled that much since.... ...never mind!

We saw them every year at the SCCA Runoffs at Mid Ohio during it's run there thru the 90's, Ben Sr & Ben were always having a good time. I don't remember when the last time we were there, but I have a great pic of Ben Sr wearing a ball cap from one of our local Nashville Coffee Shops while sitting in his race car.
Mac McDonald was the D Sport diver I was crewing for, he had the one and only Prince car.
