I think it should have 3 wheels and a canopy too. And a DVD player and screen and GPS and surround sound. Let's not forget the refrigerated compartment for the beer (PBR?)... and since it's gonna weigh in at 1,234.5 Lbs. wet it's gonna need at least a V5 with a blower...

Colour choices? Ass Brown and Babybarf Yellow... with matching rim strips...

Maybe they are learning their lessons from Microsoft. (since I work in IT, I couldn't help but to look at this from tech-analogy)

Microsoft released Vista. It took forever to release Vista and it sucked. People gave up on it, going back to Windows XP (or buying an Apple). This is why Microsoft is focusing on subsequent version, Windows 7, to make things right.

Along those lines, Honda watched Microsoft in a similar vein:

- 6th gen is like Windows XP: looks good, performs, a little long in the tooth, but a great ride
- 7th gen: DN-01. Honda left the codename on it when it was released and never called it an Interceptor. It's a slow ride and people just don't get it.
- 8th gen: It will be the super-duper V5 or 1000cc legend we've been hearing about. A return to roots with gear driven cams, just to drive home the point that it's bulletproof like its predecessors.

Will Honda make it right? Stay tuned... :lurk:

You guys have it all wrong about the 8 gen! It's going to have a V6 Vtec, HMI auto (Human-Machine-Interface) :comp13: , 4 wheels, seat 2 people side by side. It is still going to be called the Interceptor, BUT the code name is Accord! Mark my words! :goofy:
