Thanks to all who submitted photos for this years calendar, your pictures are much appreciated. This year looked as if it was going to be a dull venture at first but then there was a surge of great photos at the end of the deadline, so many I had to take a couple of days cropping and evaluating over 20 finalists till I came up with the 13 pictures I needed for the calendar. Thank you all the great photos. I was careful to head some suggestions from the past years, and there is a good mix of different generation vfrs, countries, and color of bikes. I think its a success!

Nice job.

I can say that I have met April, September, and December. That is cool.

Isn't that picture for September photshop'd, or no they laid the bike down on the road and had him sit on the seat! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Just kidding. I'm just jealous that I'll never lay it over that far.

Nice pictures for the calender HS.

Can't wait for August 2009 VFRD meet in CO.

Headed to Texas Hill Country this weekend with the wife on the back of the new Goldwing (little 3 day getaway).

Sweet, congrats to everyone who made the calander.

Looks god SEB. That picture is going to be a classic. I know I have used it several times on other forums to brag about the VFR. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Glad to see the shot of my RWB made it in there. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Nice collection of images. And if you're into the VF/VFR bikes that were around when the Earth formed, check out the 1st/2nd gen calendar.

excellent calendar, thanks HS and all who contributed such great photos.

Its a pity the exchange rate and shipping costs make it stupidly expensive for us Antipodeans (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Ah well, its only money...

My calendar came with two "November" date grids. I still got all 12 of the different VFR photos. But the very last page was a second "November"... on the back was one of the ugliest abstract photos I ever saw. It did not come with a December 2009 calender page.

I'll have to double check mine. It came yesterday, and I looked through all the pics, but didn't pay so much attention to the dates.

By the way, anyone who's ordered previous calendars and is put off by the price a bit, you'll be as happy as I was to know that the calendar is bigger this year(at least mine is, maybe that was their mixup??) My calendar is ~11" x 17". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/fing02.gif)
#22
I'm sure it is bigger (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

But by the time it gets down here its over 50 Australian Rahzoos... I'll just look at my VFR screen savers and use the outlook calendar...

It was basically $30 to my door... and in my opinion it was worth the cost. I think there is some value added due to the fact that three of the bikes on the calendar have been parked in my drive.

Woo Hoo!
I'm Miss April. Just ordered my copy. Thanks for doing a great job Miguel.
