Factory Hardcase Bracket Schematic?

I just bought a set of used factory Honda VFR hard bags and the flat panel brakets that get attached to the bike got left on the bike the guy totalled. The dealer claims you cannot order the parts separately, and has a schematic, but wont give it up. Does anyone know where to get the schematic?

Also, is there a place online to order 6th Gen ignition key blanks? How much are they?

I've tried to get specific parts for hardbags here in NA without success. You pretty much need to buy the whole package. You can however order some bits on there own through David Silver Spares over in the UK but the pricing may run you close to the cost of a whole set anyway.

Do you still need any parts? I am going to have the parts I need laser cut if I can't find the originals.
