Well, at least it's not the "human-friendly transmission" of DN-01 infamy. My issue is this: the rapid-fire shifting afforded by dual-clutch transmissions is really best suited for... the track. Is the 7th Gen (AKA the "I'll believe it when I see it" model) going to be track-oriented? I'm cool with that, but I'm sure may of you out there in VFR land would not be. And I think the CBR1000RR would get its feelings hurt if the VFR intruded on its turf.
