I got my 6th gen second hand. the previous owner decked it out with all sort of farkles, most of which are cool but in my personal opinion the pro oiler is just not really that great for me.
I don't like the cryptic programming routine (I RTFM'd but just not interested) nor do I feel that it works well for me.
for those who have INSTALLED pro oilers on their bikes, is there anything I should watchout for when I remove this unit from my bike?
anyone interested in this unit (for a small fee) when I get it off my bike? I'm in so cal

I never had an oiler on my bikes, but IIRC, there might be a vacuum line towards your induction system that actuates the oiler you will have to plug after removing the unit.

Nothing in particular to watch out for. On the pro oiler website you can find directions on howto install the unit on a 6th gen, I guess that is also usable to remove it. Seal off the wires at the joints where the PO wires were spliced in the wiring loom, so no moisture can pentrate the wiring loom.
