Snapped The Bolt

Yet another catastrophe. While replacing coolant with water wetter I snapped the cylinder coolant drain bolt. Two issues: First any recommendations on how to get this thing out. Its not exactly an easy place to use a drill and extractor. Second: How much pressure does the coolant system see? Can I tread lock the bolt and run it tomorrow and then replace it next week? Thanks for your help.

I'd lock it and run it, but that's jut me. That's why they want you to use Water Wetter, in case something like that happens.
