Agreed. Tough to tell because I'm used to stock cans for reference, but by using just the bracket and eliminating the plastic piece completely you can get a much sleeker look.

If you're in the market, you may also want to check out Kanadian Ken's fender eliminator. It bolts up nicely, uses the stock light, and has a cool VFR laser cut into it. He is a user on here, do a search or PM him for more info.

Thats the rfeaking stock piart. He did what a lot of people do amd that is to trim the mud flsp with a dremel tool.

You trim it up big time, keep the stock;ight and are legal.

If youh have a dremel tool it will be asy.

Did this today. I just removed the plastic and remounted the bracket.

Looks to be the stock fender with the plastic frontage removed. If you look at the back there is a metal bracket. This can be separated from the plastic and becomes a very small compact fender. Holds the license plate and with a decent spacer the luggage bracket fits on as well. I have done it myself.
