I bet they sell less than 100 units in Canada given the Population and Climate, just wait till there's some dust on them, guessing by the deal I got on my 07 this past june, you can expect to get a 2yo NOS VF1200RA for $14,500 and you won't be the guinea pig if it turns out to be a total dud. I don't want to be the guy finding out about a "wheel falling off" recall the hard way.

Guy on the VFR Ontario news group saw it tonight at the Toronto Bike Show, was tagged $18,299 but no centre stand. Said the windshield seems lower than the 6th gen, and said the bars didn't seem to fit the bike right.
Doesn't matter with only 52,000km on my 07 I'm still a few years off. Maybe I'll look at the 7.5th gen 2013 VFR1200 with a 25l fuel tank

That's the OTD price for a stripped down civic. Given a choice, I'll take the VFR thanks.
HOWEVER, a new 6th gen from the US for sub $7k is mighty tempting. . .

I've heard that too. Cheaper is better!
Salesman called me this morning to confirm... it's 18299 plus 700 freight and PDI.
I just saw it at the Show.. WOW.. what a bike. OMG. Now I am really stuck between a K1300R and a VFR1200..
One thing I will remember at this show in particular is a girl getting off the CBR1000 replica as if the stand was on the right side and wiping out with the bike falling on her and the mirror breaking and the fairing being damaged. I was stunnded and shocked.. what a dumb b$tch and a dumber boyfriend to not help her off or show her. I would be sooo pissed if I was Honda Canada.

Please do tell, especially if it's local WA State. The VTEC 800s are looking pretty good to me at the moment, throw in a little fork and shock work at RMR... but Holeshot is still looking for $12K for a leftover '08 and I'd prefer an '09 oreo cookie one for $7K by a long shot.
