Trying to get all of my ducks in a row to buy two sets of tires, one set for my beloved '97 VFR, and the other for my grandpa bike, the 2000 Valkyrie Interstate.
I bought my last set of Pirellis (and a score of other items) through Cycle Gear, and they were great to work with. I have gone back and forth between Cycle Gear, Dennis Kirk, and Chaparral, comparing brands and pricing.
I came across a tire dealer called Jake Wilson (www.jakewilson.com), and I did a quick check on Dunlop RoadSmarts and Metzler ME 880's and found their prices better than the aforementioned companies. Like the others, Jake Wilson offers free shipping. Looks like a good deal, but I thought that I'd pass it by all of you before I pulled the trigger on any deal with them.

Got my first set of tires from them ahead of schedule. I will do business again with them for sure. There prices are hard to beat, if you can even find someone that's lower.
The guys I ride with use them with good results, and they have the lowest priceshttp://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/fing02.gifhttp://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/fing02.gif

What/where is this promotional code that you're referring to? I have to order another set of tires in the near future, and if I can lower their cost further, all the better.
Didn't mean to whip the dead horse earlier, I never came across your earlier post.

If anyone finds a 180 Pilot Road 2 rear on that site, please let me know...I just checked for those as well, no dice. They have good prices, just not the tyres I want....
I've bought from Jakewilson.com and their sister offroad site rockymountainmc.com many many times. Every time was a good experience, good prices and super fast shipping. I got my last set of Roadsmarts from them.
Heres a coupon code you could also try to get $20 off a $150 order (not sure if it works or not): PARTS10
