Can anyone repost the diagram, or tell me where #24 is and do I just pull the snorkle out?
FLAPPER AND SNORKLE DISABLE

Not much of a diagram. Lift the tank, see the vacuum hose leading to the flapper actuator? Remove and plug said hose. Done.
Snorkel? Optional, but yes, just bend the rubber and remove it from the airbox.
Best thing is, if you decide you don't like it, it's 100% reversible.
There was a dyno chart I posted a long time ago, and it showed a modest increase in torque on a 5gh gen with the snorkel out.
Nothing earth-shattering, just a few ft/lbs here and there. Mostly, I like the sound! :tour:

I cant remember, why would I want to disable the flapper?
With both, you're just getting more air into the engine. I disabled the flapper, but left the snorkle. On the 6th gen, the snorkle just didn't seem long or oddly shaped enough to make much difference.
