Finally an official thread for project Thug

So I am finally getting somewhere with the Viffer. Here is pics of the tank before and after.

...and here is the tank now. I polished the filler cap and fuel valve. The paint is Thistle pearl with some extra gold pearl.

Well I'm working on sourcing parts for a wheel swap within a tight budget and I am rebuilding the carbs at the moment. In a perfect wourld I will have a whole CBR front end on it.

It's still going to look tough, I will make sure of that. On a side note this bike is for my girlfriend, so some of the stuff I do to this has to make her happy.....and rattle can flat black wasn't going to cut it.

Well I finally got a hold of an entire F2 front end. Its completly taken apart so I have to figutre out what goes where and if I have all of the hardware.
