New to Forum, so, Hello All.
Great, got that outta the way.
Bought a brand spanking new '10 on Friday. Oh my goodness. The quality of this thing is probably the most amazing thing to me, to say nothing of the over all operation. Like butter! The paint, workmanship, and attention to detail is just so top notch, everytime I look at the thing it takes my breath away. I've had some nice bikes in the past but never anything like this. If you haven't seen one in person yet please do not let the pictures posted at various places around the net and magazine articles influence your opinion. Go see one "live".
Anyway, if anyone is so inclined, you can take a gander at my 2 1/2 days of pics here:

2010 = simply gorgeous. Congratulations to you. :) The red color looks really great, and so does that rear wheel sporting the new shaft drive. Looks like fun.
The SuperMoto sitting next to your new ride isn't too shabby either.
:beer: Nice ride. I'm glad to hear she is prettier in person than the photos in the magazines. The rear quarter view 3/4th is the best to me but the nose and vertical gills just don't look right (to me). I look forward to seeing one in the flesh. What kind of price did you pay if you don't mind me asking? Ride safe, JD

Yep-Yep. I'm hoping the garage is big enough for the both of them. The KTM doesn't like to share. ;-)

15999 with 1500 off the top as incentive, plus setup charges (arghhh), Service Contract, Extended Warrenty, 4k worth of farkles. With Tax, license, and all the various other stuff they tack on it came to around 23k! :-(
I'm old enough to remember 50 cent a gallon gas and people back then said they'd never pay a dollar a gallon. Well, I remember myself saying I'd never pay 20k for a motorcycle.
Some things never change. :-(
I don't give a s__t though. I'm very happy. :-)

Well, looks to me like you've found happiness. Few people can say that. :fing02: The rest is just money--in your particular case, regarding gas and the 20k. This being said, I can't help but be jealous. Enjoy brother, life is short. :wheel: Keeps the pics coming!! We/I love pics of bikes I'll never own... :tour:
Oh, and welcome to this great, GREAT, site. There's lost of info, but you'll be responsible for providing info regarding the new VFR--since nobody else (almost!) has one, agreed? :warranty:
