Hi,
I have a 93 White VFR. I had the forks overhauled in 1999 with RT Gold valves and spring. The tech took down my info, did the upgrade, delivered the bike and charged me. The documentation says that it is valved C35 with a .85kg spring. I thought it was better than stock, but a little harsh. I am an ex-racer (yah, ok - mediocre racer) so stiffer is sort of OK in the canyons. I weigh 150 and the charts say C33. Soon after the work was complete that shop discontinued performing service and reverted to parts and accessory only, so i didn't have the opportunity to get it revalved through them. So 40k later here i am thinking it would be nice to be at c33.
Anyone care to share the stack tuning info of c35 vs c33. Hopefully, all i have to do is jettison a shim or two
Thx,
Daryl
