Okay i finally was able to get to work on putting my bike back together. i started at the front end. Started with CBR F2 conversion. Installing Racetech GVE and Sonic Springs in the forks. The install was fairly simple, once the holes were drilled, it was just a matter of putting everything back. Now it stated i have to cut the the spacer down, it stated that when i compress forks all the way down and place everything back in...i should measure from the top of fork to the cap lip, and that is preload. which means that is what i would have to shorten spacer by. but that is almost all of the spacer, so i assume i did something wrong.. would anyone happen to know how long the spacer should be?

I assume that you got this figured out, but I will give it my 2 cents:
With the fork fully extended, place the washers and springs into the forks. Measure from the top of the springs to the end of the fork.
Measure the fork cap pre-load (3-5mm)
Example:
spring to end of fork tube length: 30mm
Fork cap pre-load: 5mm
Desired preload: 10mm. (see spring docs for actual #)

Your fork spacer is 30mm - 5mm + 10mm = 35mm
I did get it figured out, thanks a lot though. I am saving this formula for future reference.
