86 VFR700 Overflow Tank Part Questions

Just got my 86 700 about a month ago and you guys have been super helpful in my resto so far. To introduce myself, Im Jeff, 22 yrs old, was into Honda quads since age 9, racing, wrenching etc. Just got into my first Street bike and I feel like I've been reborn : ) But anyway, I have a dry-rotted and cracked Coolant Overflow Tank stem. Whenever my bike utilizes the coolant overflow tube when heated up, I end up with hot coolant on my legs and feet, and constantly filling my overflow tank. Ive tried to find a replacement at local Honda dealers, online, etc but no luck. Honda stopped making it and no other companies in my searching make it either. I did replace the overflow tube, and in the process, cracked the nipple on top of the overflow tank, and cracked the rubber gasket in half. Was considering a silicone, rubber cement fix, but would rather do it the right way. Anyone have any input on this?

Anyway - I assume it is part no's. 13 and 14 in the diagram?
They seem to be the same as on my FJ - so I might have the bits lying around - will check this evening and :+1:

Yep, its part # 13 and 14. I've already ordered #14 and gotten it. #13, I was told my my local Honda dealer, that it was discontinued. But, Motorrad says they have it. Thanks a lot man very helpful
