Found on a japaneese site, a former cop bike I asume.
There was a link to a vid clip here on VFRD some time showing one of these in a slalom contest.

Looks like an 80's Aspencade Goldwing handlebar?
I had one on my Concours for years because the lower bars hurt my back....then I got in better physical shape and found I liked the bars lower after all. The VFR is just right for me now but I couldn't have stood it 5 years ago.
All that VFR needs now is a set of highway pegs mounted on crash bars. And maybe some leather tassles. :goofy:
Yes, the VFR "P" models had higher handlebars like these for all-day comfort.
