After some soul searching I've realized I'm not happy unless I'm miserable and I'm miserable when I'm cussing over trying to put together an old bike. I loved my VFR (6th gen) and plan to get another one for my daily driver when I return from my deployment. For now though I'm looking for an 86 VF1000R in decent shape. Preferably with decent plastics. I'll also consider an 85 VF1000R or even a decent VF1000F (and of course who wouldn't consider an older VFR400 or something delicious like that).
Long story short, I'm currently in the Navy (13 yrs so far!) and I'm deployed overseas right now. Don't let that fool you. I have a very understanding wife who is happy to work with the seller if for whatever reason I am unavailable in regards to shipping/pick-up and payment. Of course lotso pics is what I need and clean title is a huge plus.
