I replaced the turn signals on my wife's 87 VFR 700 F2 after giving up hope all winter on finding an oem replacement.
I put in small LED signals which seem to work great...except for the fact that the left rear is constantly on.
Both signals blink when the switch is thrown, but the left on always stays on. I swapped the signals from side to side so I know that it's not the signal but somewhere in the wiring.
It's only a 2 wire signal...but something must be bleeding current into the line. Might it be a faulty turn signal relay starting to go bad?
And where might that be located on this bike?
Any ideas on what it might be (before I'm forced to trace the entire wiring back to the source)?
Anyone have a wiring diagram in electronic format as well?
Thanks in advance...
